As the Township Highway Commissioner, I have all the township roads under my jurisdiction except those inside the Town of Normal. I am responsible for their construction and maintenance, which includes snow removal, clean-up and annual repairs as they are needed and funds are available. This year we will be cover sealing about five miles of roads, hot-mixing one to two miles of roads, cleaning the ditches on Raab Road, and doing general road repairs.
