Exercise Programs
The following exercise programs are offered:
- Line Dancing
- Low & Slow Aerobics
- PEPS (Practical Exercise Program for Seniors)
- Stretch & Tone
- Tai Chi
YOGA on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30 pm. The new session will start on August 27th and run through October 8th.
LOW & SLOW on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 am.
PEPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:15 am.
BEGINNING LINE DANCE on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 am. The new session will start on August 5th and run through September 11th.
INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCE on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 pm. The new session will start on August 5th and run through September 11th.
TAI CHI I on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 am. The new session will start on August 25th and run through October 6th.
TAI CHI II on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30 am. The new session will start on August 25th and run through October 6th.
TAI CHI FLOW on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:30 pm.
You may register for any of the classes at the Community Activity Center, 1110 Douglas Street, or by calling the Community Activity Center at 888-9099. PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH SESSION AND MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR USING EXACT CASH.
