Jess Ray - Township Supervisor
The Normal Township Supervisor is the administrator of the business office, the Activity and Recreation Center (ARC), and the Office of General and Emergency Assistance. It is the mission of the Supervisor’s office to be directly available to the constituents of Normal Township.

8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday (Closed 12:00 – 1:00pm for lunch)
Fridays by appointment only.
